AOBS Oral Board Examinations

The American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS) has rescheduled the oral exams scheduled for September.  The exams will now be offered virtually on December 4th (Specialty) and December 11th (General Surgery).  Available seats are limited and currently offered only to those that were registered for in-person examinations during the ACOS Clinical Assembly.  Candidates for the oral certifying examination must have satisfactorily completed the written qualifying examination in the following:  General Surgery, General Vascular Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurological Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, or Urological Surgery.  To learn more about the virtual exam platform, application process, examination fees, and special notices for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Applications (clinical case log requirements), please visit WWW.AOBS.ORG or email direct questions to [email protected].
