FELLOWSHIP & DISTINGUISHED FELLOWSHIP

Honoring Excellence Through Fellowship

The FACOS and DFACOS designations recognize osteopathic surgeons who have given their careers—not just their dues—to advancing this profession.

1927 → 2027 · Approaching Our Centennial

In 2027, ACOS will commemorate 100 years of service, leadership, and advancement in osteopathic surgery. Members applying now will be inducted as part of the Centennial Class of Fellows — the first class honored in the College’s 100th year.
